Rt. 101 at night! The only thing that weirded me out was that they kept closing it southbound --- One time I was forced off and I followed this lone other car for about 20 minutes through californian suburban side streets --- Just as I was about to give up on following him, he got back onto 101 past the road work! Talk about lucky.
Another neat little car story --- When I got to the rental car agencies, I had no reservation. So I started talking to this business man in front of me. He talked the company into giving me a much better rate than they originally wanted to give me. He just kept going out of his way to help me get not only a car, but a pretty good deal! |
