| As we search for breakfast, we find a French patisserie. I'm told that 2-3 years ago, the big fad was Italian culture, which left a vast wasteland of Italian restaurants featuring shrimp-pizza, spaghetti with crab claws protruding from the mound of noodles, and other localized Italian fare. Currently, however, the fad is French. The biggest localization is that the french pastries all feature sweet bean and green tea flavors. |
