| One of the street vendors is using this machine to make one of the best pastries known to man. These cast iron molds are filled with some pancake batter, and a little ball of red bean paste. It's all cooked into one warm pancake-y red-bean-y happy fun pastry. The machine is a joy to watch, as it's almost all automated, taking batter and bean in and spitting the pastries out. |
